Task Timers Track the time spent on each task for comprehensive reporting

As a business owner, you are probably wondering how much time your works spend on each task. Are there any procedures that can be improved? How much of your worker's time can be charged back to clients?

There are many timer software available. The reason you are not using one already is probably because they are in the way of doing "real work". Despite of the friendly user interface of some of these tracking products, your employees may not get into the habit of using one.

After extensive research and experiment, Inga has found out the two fundamental issues that an effective time tracking software should address. They are:
  1. Contextual Relevance
  2. Retribution
Contexual Relevance allows the worker to quickly describe "What" he is working on without being distracted from his main task. Picture this: you are reading a 10-page document and need to track the time spent on reading each page. In a traditional system, you will look away from the page, write down the starting time, start reading, look away from the page, write down the finish time.

Alternatively there could be a magic button on top of each page. Without looking away, you can press the button before reading. At the bottom of the page, you simply click another magic button, and the time is tracked without you ever looking away.

When you work on a Gyroscope system, these magic buttons can be inserted for a client, a project, or any entity that deserves to be timed. These "inline tracking" feature, along with a lengthy list of standard features, ensures effortless, accurate and comprehensive task tracking.

Retribution answers the question of "Who" a task is done for. Again, a conventional tracking system only looks at "What" an employee has worked on. The data will have to be exported and reconciled for client charge back. Inga's tracking system is integrated with a relational database. A task is linked to both an employee and a client. You may see the hour break-down by employee, or client, or projects in real time.
Estimated implementation cost: €340,00
